Example schedule: The City Council will conduct regular business meetings on the second and fourth Mondays of the month; study sessions are held the first and third Mondays. Public comment is held during business meetings and is an opportunity for the public to address the Council on any subject which is not of a quasi-judicial nature or scheduled for a public hearing. The public is welcome at all City Council meetings.
